Brian Curtin
Fractional Chief Marketing Officer
Brian is a growth and marketing executive with more than 25 years of experience scaling revenue and driving margin across private equity-backed and multi-brand enterprises. His belief that marketing is an enterprise-wide activity that needs to align with and deliver business outcomes is heavily influenced by his own operations experience and P&L responsibilities.
He forges alliances with ownership, boards and key stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that deliver results. He has established new capabilities, launched marketing initiatives and restructured marketing teams for optimal performance.
As CMO of private equity-held Education Management Corp., Brian transformed integrated marketing strategy, organization and operations across four brands as part of its turnaround and sale. He leveraged predictive analytics to reverse a five-year decline in conversion rates.
At Enterprise Holdings, he built its marketing function from a small group with limited capabilities to a robust team of marketers supporting three logos internationally, and he developed the multi-brand architecture and go-to-market strategy to capitalize on its acquisition of National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car.
Brian is a graduate of Harvard University.
