Michele Pollack

After 14 years at Goldman Sachs, running strategic relationships, driving business development, and executing cross-functionally, Michele developed a clear-eyed view of what happens when a high-performing business outgrows its own structure. That includes growth that outruns the organization and leadership teams managing competing priorities with no system to hold them together. That’s the problem Michele solves.
 
At Korn Ferry, she advised organizations on growth, talent, and organizational effectiveness. At LifeSci Partners, she served as Chief Business Officer, leading operations, finance, HR, technology, and commercial initiatives across nine business lines simultaneously. She’s not a specialist in one lane. She holds the whole machine in view while others go deep on their piece of it.

Heather has spent much of her career in software engineering where she has been involved with product development in the Human Resources sector and project management. She has a strong sense of organizational and management skills that she brings to the team. Heather has a passion for details and planning and that has driven her to develop excellent recruiting skills through sourcing and helping hire candidates who meet each organization’s needs. She works closely with the hiring managers to ensure the best candidates are identified.
